Meagan has developed a particular enthusiasm for dermatology, and is committed to developing effective and affordable long term plans for chronic cases. Meagan loves to connect with others, and believes a strong rapport with clients is a crucial component to veterinary medicine. She also has a keen interest in surgery and is looking forward to developing her surgical skills at Southern Animal Health.

Most of all, Meagan has a long-standing love for all animals weird and wonderful. Along with her three dogs – Edith, Willie and Graham – she also shares her home with numerous reptiles and amphibians, and is always seeking to broaden her knowledge on exotic animal and wildlife medicine.

In her spare time, Meagan enjoys birdwatching, wildlife photography, gardening, and oil painting.
