Overview

Our clinic is well known on the Hibiscus Coast, having opened in 2002. Although we have grown steadily in the number of patients and staff, and in the level of technology we offer your pets, we still have the same principles supporting everything we do – that patient care comes first. We will treat each one as if they were our own.

We firmly believe that an animal that is comfortable and unstressed is not only easier to handle and treat, but is also in a better physiological state for healing and recovery. This is reflected in everything from our clinic design, to all the little things we do to make each visit of your pet as relaxed as it can be.

Customer reviews

Amazing team . Bent over backward to assist my pup. The best part was the follow ups they made. Really good people.

My Rocky is a very anxious rescue who has never liked going to the vet. For the first time in his life he was calm and interactive! He loved Dr Chantelle. I was also so impressed by the courteous and kind staff, and the follow up call the next day to make sure Rocky was ok. Mind blown. They are the best vet hospital ever!

The best customer service ever! We had a emergency with our puppy well after the closing hours. They not only entertained us but also solved the problem very professionally and swiftly! Thank you so much for your service and the callback checkups.
