DVSc, BSc in Zoology

Aletheia started with us in October 2018 and is building an excellent relationship with our team, clients, and of course the patients.  Aletheia is from the UK, where she completed her Veterinary Doctorate at Edinburgh University, after first completing her undergraduate degree in Zoology.

She was also lucky enough to undertake a 12-month rotating internship at a specialist referral hospital in the UK, further sparking her passion in providing the best standard of care possible for patients.

After working as a locum veterinarian throughout the UK, Aletheia has happily settled into a permanent position here at Essendon. She enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery and considers herself very lucky to have a job that she loves and looks forward to everyday.

Aletheia is available for consultations Monday, Thursday and every second Friday, and is available for surgery on Tuesdays and every other Friday between consulting shifts.

In her personal time, Aletheia enjoys travelling, being outdoors, and participating in charity work. She often combines the three by volunteering at sanctuaries abroad to help animals and communities in need.
