Caitlin joined Riverbank Animal Hospital in Jan 2015
Originally from Sydney, Caitlin has bachelor degrees in Science (Anatomy and Physiology) from the University of New South Wales (2007) and Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney (2013). Growing up surrounded by many furry and feathered friends and with Taronga Zoo on her doorstep, Caitlin developed a love of animals from an early age.
Caitlin has gained experience in small animal shelter practice in Sydney. She has a passion for small animal medicine and especially enjoys endocrinology, preventative medicine and wildlife.
Caitlin loves to explore the outdoors, whether it be by bike, foot, surfboard or with a scuba-tank strapped to her back. She also enjoys travelling the world marvelling at nature’s spectacular wildlife with highlights including swimming with humpback whales in Tonga, rearing lion cubs in South Africa, and rehabilitating toucans and spider monkeys in Guatemala. A self-confessed sports- nut, Caitlin enjoys playing AFL, cricket, and netball.
