After graduating from University of Melbourne in 1984, Kate worked in a mixed veterinary practice for over 2 years. 

She then travelled extensively in Europe and the Middle East, as well as working for 2 years at a mixed practice in England. 

Kate joined Box Hill Veterinary Hospital in 1997, and enjoys practising the high quality, progressive medicine and surgery being required of an ASAVA accredited hospital.  

Kate and her family have 2 dogs, Bailey and Carla.
