I have been a member of the Ourvets Halswell team on and off since 2014. After a couple of maternity breaks and 2 1/2 years working at the Christchurch After Hours Clinic I rejoined the team permanently in December 2020.

I graduated in 2006 from the Cambridge University in the UK. I have worked in a variety of practices in the UK and New Zealand, initially as a mixed practice vet, then as an equine vet. In 2011 I chose to specialise in companion animals. My passion is for emergency procedures, soft tissue surgery and general medicine and I really enjoy making sure that owners get the best for their pets.

Outside of work I have a lovely family with my husband Roger and our two children. We have a cat named Colin and two rabbits called Fern and Clover. We love to spend time outdoors particularly walking, biking, skiing and swimming and generally taking advantage of everything New Zealand has to offer.
