Doctor of veterinary medicine, Bachelor of science

Dr Meghan grew up in Alberta, Canada where she completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alberta. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in Melbourne Australia.

During her schooling in Australia, she completed a specialty equine rotation at the University of Copenhagen, as well as a rotation at the Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand elephant sanctuary.

Straight out of university, she decided to pursue mixed practice, as it involved a variety of animals and emergency cases. She worked for 2.5 years in Canada before moving to Australia to be with her partner.

Dr Meghan has an interest in cytology, soft tissue surgery, and medical imaging.

Outside of work she enjoys going hiking and camping, writing music, as well as travelling as much as possible.
