Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, Certificate in Nursing Care of the Critical Patient, Certificate in Small Animal Anaesthesia, Certificate in Oncology for Veterinary Nursing

Kacie started working in a small animal practise in 2015 for 4 and a half years and in that time she was fortunate enough to obtain her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, Certificate in Oncology and her Certificate in Small Animal Anaesthesia.

Kacie then took a year and a half break to see if veterinary nursing was for her and in that break she worked in hospitality and then fell pregnant with her beautiful son. When her son was 4 months old, she realised she wanted to return to work, but didn’t want to go back to hospitality and realised that vet nursing was her passion.

Kacie returned to vet nursing December 2020 at a family owned small animal practise in Brighton and within that time she expanded her knowledge and learnt about the nursing care of the critical patient and regained her skills. She soon decided that she is best suited in a bigger hospital where she can keep expanding her knowledge and be able to use her new skills, this why she moved to AdelaideVet.

Adelaide Vet is full of very qualified, progressive and passionate people. Kacie is grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team.
