Looking to spoil your cat with something extra special? These no-bake chicken and tuna catcakes are a fun, homemade treat packed with kitty-approved ingredients. They’re easy to make, require no baking, and are perfect for celebrating your cat’s birthday, or just because!
Ingredients
- 1 cup tinned tuna, drained
- 1 cup cooked, unseasoned chicken
- 1 cup pureed sweet potato
- 1 cup mashed potato
- A pinch of catnip
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cooked chicken and pureed sweet potato, and mix until combined.
- Scoop out ¼ cup of mixture and place it onto a serving plate. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect, you can shape the cake with your fingers.
- Fill a piping bag with the mashed potato and gently pipe it over the cake as “icing”.
- Sprinkle a little catnip on top and serve
This recipe makes 12 mini catcakes.
